Registration Fees are not refundable but are transferable. Please inform the Organizer of any such transfers.
Method of Payment
Payment should be made by bank transfer. Delegates may wire their registration fees together to save on bank charges. Bank Remittance Instructions have been sent to the FAWA clubs via email. Please contact the Organizer if you have any other questions.
When making the transfer, please ensure that the full amount is received by the designated bank. Note that all bank charges are to be borne by the delegate.
After the transfer is sent, please email the TT form to the Organizer at fawa.taiwan@gmail.com with the country, clubs, and names of the delegates, whose registration fees are covered.
Travel Insurance
All medical costs are the participant’s responsibility and it is recommended that participants provide for their personal medical/travel insurance.
Currency Information
Please note that the local currency is the New Taiwan Dollar (TWD or NTD), and it is the only currency accepted by most establishments. The current exchange rate is about NTD30:USD1, however the rate may fluctuate.
Visa Information
Visitors to Taiwan are expected to obtain visas in advance, unless they are holders of passports from one of the exempt jurisdictions in which case they do not require a visa to visit Taiwan for less than 30 days. There are other visa options available as online e-visas, visas on arrival, or online travel authorization certificates. All visitors are expected to have a passport that is valid for 6 months upon arrival. For more information, please consult the website for the Bureau of Consular Affairs.
